In about 3 weeks, Schoena and Jason will become parents for the second time in less than 5 months! Kane will become a big brother, and life will be very, very… awesome. It’s a pretty sweet deal, and these guys are really excited about the whole thing. If Kane looks familiar, it may be because you saw him on my blog back in May. You can’t forget an adorable little face like that! If Schoena looks familiar, you may have been shopping at Yo Mama Maternity (which she co-owns with her sister-in-law Tara). By far the best maternity shop in Edmonton. Every time I’m in there, I strongly consider having a third baby (then I leave, and regain my senses – two is enough for me!). You may even recognize Jason too, if you’re an Oilers fan ;)

I had to call this post “Gorgeous”, it was the only word that kept popping into my head. I mean, just look at her! Sonja is gorgeous… and expecting TWINS! She has been a client of mine since her first maternity photos, and it is so wonderful to watch this family go from 2 to soon-to-be…. wow, 5!! I am very excited to photograph the twins when they arrive. It will be a ‘first’ for me! Thank you Sonja, Tyler & Aubree! I had fun with you guys today :) Here’s a few for now…

Waiting for Baby – Edmonton Maternity Photographer

Ashley & Tyler seem sooo ready for this baby to come! The nursery is completely set up, and I bet Mia (the incredibly cute pooch below) is looking forward to someone more her size hanging around the house. Ashley looks incredible – I would not have guessed that she’s 32 weeks already. She still fits into her pre-pregnany jeans. And she can do them up!

I am really looking forward to photographing their little bundle in a couple of months. It will be here before you know it!

One of the awesome families in our crescent is getting ready to have their third baby! Life is going to get a little bit busier for R & V in just a few more weeks. And we are all excited that they’re adding yet another gorgeous baby to the block! R, you are looking incredible - whether you choose to admit it or not! I thought for sure we would have to reschedule this session, which would have been tricky since this mom-to-be is from out of town. It was supposed to be raining Sunday morning, so I was really surprised to wake up and see the sun! We had some fun doing an urban maternity session that included a sweet little two year old who’s about to become a big sister. It was great meeting you, K!
